I just leased an industrial space in Oceanside from Lockwood Realty. They were very professional and tried to get me the best deal. Everything went smoothly and I got 2 weeks free rent. Their contractors had all of the work done before we moved in. Now we are open for business. Yeah !
Chuck took over the management of two industrial properties our family has owned on Highway 76 for over forty years. He helped us clean up a toxic waste problem. He advised us to order a CASP study which we knew nothing about. He fixed the bathrooms to make them handicap accessible. He doubled the rents from our tenants and we are happy to pay his commissions and management fees because he has made us so much money.
Love the art work in the executive suites at 2725 Jefferson St. and the lobby is always cool and comfortable to sit in while I wait for my appointment. The bathroom is clean. Lockwood does a nice job of maintaining this building and there is plenty of parking too.
The bathrooms in the office building where we rent from Lockwood are so clean that you could eat off the toilet seat…no joke.
I am a vendor for Lockwood and have done landscaping on several of the properties they manage for over 15 years. I am always paid on time and Chuck takes time to talk to me about my work and family.
