They do excellent work
Worst employer I've ever seen. Their plant floods when it rains and they force their welders to stand on pallets above the water. Turnover rate is insane. OSHA should really check them out. Response to owners reply: So your admitting that people were standing on pallets while welding over water? Has it really changed? Is Matt Phillips still running things? If not I can believe it could have changed and I will take down the review.
Great Company to work with and very kind and professional staff.
Worked for this company in the past. One of the worst gigs ever. Employees are just their peons, and are treated as such. Fastest one on the production floor and they still complain about bathroom breaks. I could go on. But , hopefully they sorted out their leadership issues.
