Prior to Dr. Lockwards' Ohio residency of practice, He practiced Psychiatry at Garden Way, Hermitage, PA.
My first visit with him consisted of him reading my chart for ninety minutes while I sat in his office. He barely looked me in the eye. He did not speak during this time. Silence. Then he spoke with me for a few minutes afterwards. He dismissed a known treatment plan. I had a poor reaction to his treatment plan and the 2nd visit was no better. He refused to acknowledge me again, reading my chart for 20 min and speaking to me for 5 min. He was dismissive and asked no probing questions.
