Signed a contract on 03/21/25 and today 08/19/25 the project is still not complete. After installation, I couldn’t get a response about the final inspection, so I had to schedule it myself with the city. Then a man named Jeff called, rude and unprofessional demanding the final 10% payment. After fixing billing errors (they overcharged me for 5 wood openings instead of 4), I wired the payment. BEWARE. This company is too big for its own good and it gets in its own way. No two people know each other; their divisions are third partied. The coordination is a mess. Lock tight may be an entity but the installers are not actual lock tight employees. The salesman will do as salesman do and sell you a dream and the installers will come and treat you and your property as if your just another number. When you complain because something is not right, they will threaten your property with a lien. Your house will get destroyed... read more

Could not be happier with service and installation of my hurricane impact windows. The company has a fantastic process to install widows and I was very impressed. The installers arrived at the designated time. They were all very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The time frame was 3-5 days for installation. They were done in 3. They came back and performed touch up with caulking and stucco outside, and some re-plastering inside. Overall they did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone..
