horrible place! i finally get a job after six months of being unemployed, so i decide to go fishing... well i lost the key to my boat and stopped by a boat place to see what they could do to help. they said go to locktec, 'they always help them'. so i did. they were not helpful at all....... the person was short with me and acted like they could care less about trying to help me. they seemed anxious to get me to leave/ like they wanted to be doing something else besides waiting on me. i know it wasnt there fault that i lost ... read more
Called several security companies after a neighbor was victimized by burglars. Mark and his crew were by far the most knowledgeable and offered a customized package to fit my needs. This was in 2007. The only issue I have ever had with my security system was after the 2011 tornadoes knocked out power in my area for 8 days. The Locktec crew came out and reset the system and I have not any issues since. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! After a home break in we called Lock Tec and they came right out and gave us the best deal possible on a home security system , They were very clean and helpful well trained . Our new system gave us the piece of mind we needed to feel safe again and its state of the art . THANK YOU LOCK TEC
Very friendly, courteous,and very helpful. Reasonably priced, quick response.
Reasonable price and very good work. Cleaned up after themselves. I would use Locktec again.
