worst company ever, broke my door handle and wont respond
First, she showed up 1.5 hours late complaining about her last customer. Then she could only changed the dead bolt locks and none of the door handle locks and blamed it on the door knobs. My house is literally brand new! She then demanded to be payed for a job that is half done! When asked if she would just return the deadbolts to match the old keys she said she could but would have to charge me double for changing them and then changing them back.
