We locked our keys in our truck at the gateway mall and Simon was so fast in responding. He was fast and efficient too. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Saturday I locked my keys in my car. He came quickly to an unusual location. He must know Eugene, Springfield and surrounding area well. He was professional, friendly and FAST. I had no problem paying the reasonable fee for his excellent service. I also had a duplicate key made on the spot. I left feeling good about turning my stupid mistake into a brilliant choice in calling this locksmith :)
