I’ve been to many a loctitian over the years and this place is wonderful. Unlike many salons, your loctitian is assigned to you and you only. They also don’t waste time chatting too much with one another to the point it’ll slow down your service and yet, the staff appears to be friendly with each other. It’s a very nice mix and I deeply appreciate the balance of friendliness without it causing the salon to feel too loud. It’s a great experience. The only person who seems truly knowledgeable and professional is the owner but that’s an issue, since he is no longer a stylist. The stylist I worked with suggested things that didn’t seem right for locs and appeared unsure about many aspects of hair care. While the owner seems more knowledgeable, this doesn’t help when staff members lack expertise and are paired with customers.
