I usually don’t take the extra effort to leave a review but I have to name this. I came across the salon just wandering and saw that it was black owned and decided to take the card and treat myself to professional do and free up time since I usually do my own hair. When I booked the appointment I just let to randomly assign me to a Loctician. I got Khari. She was gentle and cool. Having recently relocated from New York, I was in search of a hair stylist and discovered Locs Academy. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care Kentrell provided I will certainly be returning.

I have been getting my hair done by Myriah for over a year. The experience and quality has been TOP TIER since my very first appointment. Always a HIT, never a MISS. I leave the salon feeling and looking good. I love her personality, sense of humor, our conversations, and affection. She hugs me after every appointment and it just warms my heart. 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Go get that "Myriah Experience". 🥰💜
