RecommendedLost keys (including key to car). They came out and opened car to be sure not in there. Then made a new car key for me within about an hour (worked with dealership for programming car key). Friendly customer service.
If you are ever anywhere in Berkshire County and in need of any lock or key service, call these guys! We were stuck with a busted smart-key to our car, and Tom Wells met us at his shop on a long holiday weekend Sunday, fixed us up in a jiffy, for under $100. Our Lexus dealer, way further away and never opened on a such a day, would of charged us close to $300. Thank you!

We will never enter this shop. Simply needed two building keys. ONE of each. that's two keys total. Made it very clear ONE of Each key. The guy working the counter at 2:16pm 4/21/2017 would not answer my question how much is it going to cost totally. It was a terribly long wait while the locksmith seemed preoccupied with another worker. Seemed the guy could not find the very basic building door key. I paid $67 to have a spare key made here which would have costed me $160 to have made at the Mazda dealership on Newell St. Thank you for being reasonably priced!
