My mother and father go to the Lockport office and the staff there is always friendly, helpful, and just make it so much easier to want to go to the doctor! Dr.Jody is awesome she is passionate and cares about her patients. The office is always clean, and the staff goes above and beyond for their patients! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Primary care
Doctors are great but the receptionist can be extremely rude and unprofessional at times, and you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes on some visits, if you run out of medicine you will have to call a call center where they wont be able to understand you very well before you can get through and leave a message.
The Lockport staff is great to deal with. The practice overall is the worst ever!!! What is it normal to run out of multiple meds each month then have a problem getting them? Also good luck on getting through to the Lockport office when 9/10 times you get someone in a call center saying they are in Lockport and you can barely understand them!!! Definitely don't recommend this practice for anyone!!!
Great office !! Always in and out quickly and if I have any concerns they are all addressed and thoroughly explained.
