Lockport Hospital is the worst place in the world to take a loved one!! I would give zero stars if it would let me!! My father was taken there for uncontrollable diabetes, with a blood sugar level over 400 and went up to over 500. Dr Franco, the ER dr told him there was nothing he could do for him and to go home and die! Needless to say I will be following up with so called Dr Franco ' s supervisor, as well as my father's insurance company and the health dept!! If nothing is done I will take it to the media!!!

My sister sat in ER barely able to breathe for 10 hours waiting for Dr. Jherio to give orders. He apparently doesn't call the ER staff.back so she sat and suffered . Well needless to say she had to go straight to ICU. Upon getting there we have sat all weekend with not one word from a doctor!!! The nurses are complete B"**'!:'es....and mind you I'm a polite person but people can take si much. I understand nurses are busy but can u at least fake some compassionwe know you've seen this a million times but this is my loved one ... read more

The worst and filthiest hospital I have ever been in. My Father died there and nobody cared. I hope that they close very soon.

I came in to the E.R. on 2/18/2015, following a car accident, the E.R. doctor seem to busy to take care of my complaints. I told them I have never taken pain med. and they gave it to me in a IV and i proceeded to throw up and passed out and 10 min. later sent me home. I think this was bad practice and dangerous on me since I was already injured.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly How would you rate your experience with this provider? Better than most Was this provider thorough in discussing the risks and benefits of your treatment options? Definitely

Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Yes, it was almost unbearable Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever.

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much
