I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. The staff are friendly but during my last visit the dentist constantly complained how the insurance company doesn't pay him enough. Now my insurance company has denied me services that I need to have done due to the dentist submitting false requests.

Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

A warm hello greets me every time I go to the office. The office is cool, which is normal and good for any medical office. Great in the summer, and I bring a light sweater for the winter - incase I need it, but I usually don't (the temp is the same, it is just the concept of warmth in the winter). Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

The staff at Family Dental is amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional.

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
