I have had 4 root canals done in this office all of which have gone bad, the last time I was there a woman entered the room turned on the dental light and got a dental mirror and headed toward my mouth w/o introducing herself,announced that she was now going to x-ray my tooth!! she didn't glove up in front of me and was forceful in her procedure, I finally backed my head up and asked her who she was, she replied " I'm the dental technician" I am a medical professional myself and you never enter a room w/o introducing yoursel... read more
