These apartments are now managed by the same person who manages the Yellow apartments and a lot has changed, the landscaping and up keep are not as good as it use to be also these apartments are for seniors but they go up on the rent every year or two and anywhere from $75 - $100 or more this is ridiculous these seniors are on fixed incomes and can’t afford those big price jumps and the apartments aren’t worth over a $1000 a month. Wonderful senior community.
Great location on the edge of town and everyone I know there are very satisfied with the management. The units are very nice and homey.
.....The apartments were very nice, However the so-called "maintenance " guy, the "manager" and "owners", and some of the "tenants" that lived here were not very good people.
It's a very nice retirement community.
