The customer service at this place is bad. The little man at the counter has a bad attitude and can careless if you do business with him and he’s quick to flip you off. Stay away from this place. Give your business to someone that appreciates it.
UPDATE: The owner responded because he felt I was "petty" for reporting his overpriced key cutting and went on to bash me for my other reviews and what he calls lack of "research." Sir, you should do your own "research", 6 of my last 9 reviews were 4 stars or better. Second, I did do my research, the attached pic shows a new key fob with key cutting included for $29.99 (that's half of what you wanted just to cut my own key blank!) No sir.
