I bought a new lockset for my front door that needed to be re-keyed to match the rest of the house. Called this company and they came out right away on March 22, 2024 and performed the work. Over the last week, some of our keys no longer worked and the ones that did felt loose in the lock cylinder and the lock no longer turned smoothly. Called this morning (April 14, 2024) and they said they would send their tech back out to fix and that it was covered under warranty and there would be no charge. This place exceptionally racist. Wanted $45 to make a key. When I asked if negotiable, he told me to not come back here. Don’t come here if you’re not white.
