We have used Locklear twice now, both times the situation was rather urgent. Locklear was very responsive, communicated well and was quick to get out and address our needs. (less than 24 hours from our initial call) They completed the job as agreed upon and even sent us a file after with workmanship, before and after pics. We highly reccomend!
Locklear was the responsible for all the houses in our new development, started late 2021 to be fully completed end of 2023. They sub out to crews that can't speak English and barely understand how to install shingles. They have installed roofs on 90 houses with the incorrect overhang and therefore the wind resistance is next to none. All shingle manufacturer's specify not to overhang the shingles, if it cannot be avoided it should be less than 3/4s of an inch.
