DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Extremely unprofessional! Called Jim. Told him I found them on Google wanted to get a quote for a roofing job. He didn't even let me finish told me to "f off" and dropped the phone. Would never deal with a place like this. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Had my roof done couple of years ago, one star is not mostly for the roof work (though my car did got stabbed by a nail left in the driveway…but they reimbursed me), but it’s that he is rude through the phone while I was checking my warranty with them and I think there might be a problem with the vent installation on the roof. Totally different attitudes compare to when he was trying to sell the services.
One star, not because of any work they did, but I contacted Lockhart Roofing a couple years ago for a quote, which they provided, but with the election that recently ended, the owner decided to send me a political email. My contact information was not provided for that purpose. Very unprofessional.
We are super happy with the way our roof turned out, it has weathered some incredible storms and snow already and we only just got it done in July 2019! The colour choice looks amazing and the roofers were some of the hardest working crew I've ever seen.
My mom had her roof done a couple of years ago. It has leaked ever since. She has repeatedly called to have them come out, he shows up with a caulking gun and when it rains the roof leaks again. He is rude on the phone. I would definitely not recommend this company. I will also be contacting the BBB on Monday. Nothing worse then taking advantage of a 74 yo women.
