Terrible workmanship. They were so worried about completing the job quickly and pushed to do the job in January in the middle of winter that they did an abysmal job replacing the roof. They left a large spill stain of some sort in a highly visible area right over the front door. Had to call them to come back and fix that along with several other immediate issues. Lockhart's Grand Blanc location installed a new roof and seamless gutters for my sisters house. They gave her a great price. The workers showed up on time got right to work. They were friendly and professional. They had the old roof off and the new one finished by 1:30pm. The roof looks great as does the new gutters. Would highly recommend them.
Lockhart Roofing was extremely helpful to our family by identifying a problem area on our roof and making the repair quickly. They were on time, friendly and professional and we would use they again!!
Came out right away to look at roof after storm damage. Once got set up to reinstall roof didn’t take long to get finished.
