Not cool at all. Called at 8:10am to get results of pathology report. Was put on hold for 12 min then sent to VM. Left a detailed description with contact info and never heard back. Called again at 10am and got VM. Called again at 1:30pm to find out they are closed for the weekend. I guess I get to wait until Monday to find out if I have cancer or not. Somebody needs to do better.
I came here this last Friday because I was having issues with my skin being itchy. They were nice and professional, and I enjoyed being there. They were able to get me in and explained what was going on with my skin, along with what to use and how to fix it. I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much! I am using the recommended medicines and have a little bit more relief now.
Had an appointment today for my annual skin cancer check. They booked it last year after my visit. Showed up and they said they were having an event and weren’t seeing patients. A call would have been nice. Very unapologetic. They are more concerned with injectables than real dermatology problems. Skip them and get a real doctor who caters to your concerns.
