Dr. Brittany and her staff greatly exceeded my initial expectations when me and my children switched dermatologists. It was necessary because of a change in insurance. Upon filling out the paperwork (I do it in person because I'm old school) I felt a sense of calm and a clean environment. Upon meeting the doctor it was the same thing. My kids were fine with her and the staff as well. We left with a great experience. Please consider giving LM DERMATOLOGY MCKINNEY a chance to give you the service you and your family needs!

I canceled my appointment after Lisa told me to go to another dermatologist. So I did. Her arrogance and distain made me feel unwelcomed and my business was not valued. Later, I called to speak to Susanne Lockhart in the prosper office regarding this and was told I could not speak to her.

My dermatologist retired, and her McKinney office was acquired by LM Dermatology. As a result, i paid an extra $70 this year for my annual skin check since I was considered a "new patient". I think this is a bad/unfair policy! I'm not a new patient - they are a new dermatologist! I want a refund- or I won't be coming back!
