Dr. Ricky Lockett makes you feel as if he has time for you, that you could ask any question, without judgement. In my experience, Dr. comes across as very experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Particularly in his field, the latter is very important. Also, his staff tries hard with insurance issues. He does have a large following, and waiting is an issue, but if you have the patience, he has the time for you once you are in with him. He is well worth the wait. Lynne Hawthorne 5*

I been a patient of Dr. Lockett's for over 2 years and I have to say that he spends as much time as you need answering questions and examining the area affected by pain. He is a true professional and I am so glad I found him. He listens to what you have to say and explains things to you until you understand. He may not always agree with your perceptions of what is causing your pain but he will tell it to you straight. He has done an amazing job with me as to what treatments would work best.

I have never spoken to Dr Lockett I am always seen by another physician, he does appear to be caring a very knowledgable. the building itself is old and run down not very inviting. The nursing staff can be rude and condensending.

I spent an hour talking to another doctor on my first visit and it went very well. He asked me many questions and we discussed my condition/diagnosis thoroughly. Then, the next month I saw Dr. Lockett spent 20 minutes talking with him and one of his last questions was pain from what?. He hadn't even looked at my file or my history. He knew my name and that was it. SMH
