Beyond disappointed..scheduled with Lindsey. Took time off work. Specifically told her it was for my daughter's wedding in 3 days. I arrived on time and waited 20 minutes before she texted with excuse she forgot to press send on her message to reschedule. I tried to be understanding and she booked me for the next day at 7 pm. I got a text at 11:00 PM saying due to her special needs son's issues that she could not make the appointment but that another person would fill in for her. I just canceled altogether! I see Makalah and she’s THE best🙌🏻 she got my skin looking perfect in one session and she helped me make a skin care routine that was manageable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and so sweet, she answered all of my questions (even the obvious or silly ones) and helped educate me on why my skin works the way it does. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!
Kalah is a vibe! She introduced me to lashes and i love me!!
