I usually don’t write reviews due to the shenanigans that a lot of contractors do. During the summer, I had to call twice for different issues with my ac. Louis and Justin arrived on time, they were friendly , knowledgeable, quick to detect issues and repair quickly. It’s hard to find good help with integrity .
Listen to me when I tell you: I trust Locke more than I trust my own family. And it's not that I have an untrustworthy family. I have an extremely trustworthy family. Had them come by to do Preventive maintenance on 2 heat pumps today and couldn't have gone better. It's so nice to have an extremely trustworthy HVAC guy!
From the beginning to the end, everything was exceptional. We love, love love Luis. His attention to detail and eagerness to explain was so refreshing. So kind, experienced, professional, courteous, and punctual. Jordan was wonderful as well. I’m going to make them a lot of money because I will recommend them to everybody I know 😂😂. Thanks Laura, you are the bomb ❤️❤️❤️
