Just wanted to thank the staff at Lockerby for their incredible empathy when we dealt with the sudden passing of our family cat. There's no easy way of dealing with the pain of losing our fur babies, but you guys showed unbelievable compassion and consideration for us and I couldnt be more grateful.
We just moved to Sudbury and we’re very surprised to find such an efficient and friendly Clinic. The receptionist, the technician and Dr. Hanna were all wonderful. We were taken early and all our questions were answered thoroughly.
I have seen comments that the staff is rude. I have been going to them for years and the staff and I mean all of them have nothing but nice and professional. Also see people complaining about costs and not having enough money for an annual check up. If thats the case maybe you should reconsider owning a pet.
