Valarie is amazing! My two year old son hates getting his haircut and screams/cries but she makes his experience so great! She talks to him, plays with him, and makes him feels comfortable.
They turned a pretty upsetting situation around with great customer service. Definitely recommend coming here and I recommend Melissa 100% !!!

The experience that I was had was way more than awful. First of all the lady that I had didn’t know what a mid- taper was. How are you a so called “barber” and don’t knwo one of the most popular haircuts. Second, The barber with short purple hair don’t even get rid of the guidelines nor shave the part that was cut. Another lady that was cutting my brother gave me a low tape fade instead of a mid taper like I had asked. Also how are you a barber of you don’t have a 8,10, or 12 guard. Absolutely pittyful.
