Rude and arrogant
Customer service is fantastic! Always have west i need.
Super helpful and friendly staff. I was needing repair a 2 inch line and their options were limited
Go in do NOT call. The two rude females I spoke to told me they didn't gave it and never carried anythinglike it, then after I looked it up on their website and gave them the number they said they did have and got rude. They told me I didn't know what I was talking about and to go to another store. Never had this type of service from Locke. Its always been great. Screen your employees better.
