Initially felt like I was getting the run around when I called, but when I was finally connected to the hvac department those guys were very helpful.
Needing to replace plumbing under sink and was treated fairly rude. I knew having black pipes they would have to be switched over to white and it wasn't going to be cheap and really felt like he thought I was just stupid for calling and asking.
