Was here for barely 15 mins took few pics and left. Didn't care to be here and didn't take their job serious. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. They are a joke! They just pulled few comps and picked the lowest one and said thanks for the $800 dollars. The comps were one less bedroom one less garage stall, and less square footage but still appraised higher and I have over $80k in reciepts for upgrades.
I don't know much about other appraisers to compare them to but we had Locke Appraisal (Mike the owner did ours) do an appraisal of our home and we really liked him. He did a thorough job, was friendly, looked professional and we were happy with the value that he came up with.
