Have always had good experiences with them. Appointments are quick and affordable and the staff cares about the animals they are serving.
The vet and staff were unbelievably kind to my daughter when her cat needed surgery then had to be put down. I can’t say enough kind things about the staff.
We had our dog of 15 years put to sleep here April 23/26. We anticipated a peaceful procedure like we have experienced with previous dogs. This was not the case this time. The room we were taken to was too hot, so our dog was already panting and anxious. He was administered a sedative to calm him. His reaction was the opposite. He became wide-eyed, scared and was whimpering loudly. This really upset us! He was taken from us to get an IV set for the last drug to stop his heart. They are wonderful people that really care for your animals
With 2 puppies and 2 cats we had a longtime relationship with a vet down on Southside that had been getting increasingly expensive. When one of the cats had bladder stones a Christmas week (2nd time on 3 months) and Southside vet couldn't help.. Locke Avd Taylor were able to jump in and help, performing the procedure the very next day for significantly less than Southside wanted.
