They are wonderful people that really care for your animals
With 2 puppies and 2 cats we had a longtime relationship with a vet down on Southside that had been getting increasingly expensive. When one of the cats had bladder stones a Christmas week (2nd time on 3 months) and Southside vet couldn't help.. We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Greenwalt! She was kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly took her time with us and made sure to really listen to all of my concerns without ever making us feel rushed. The care givers were great with and helping to take care of Ms bean in her cremation.I didn't get my 2 urns until this morning and I tried to get some ashes in and didn't work so I called them and they said no charge. So I can now wear my baby on me . She was also my service furry baby !
I am deeply disappointed by how this practice handled a call during one of the most difficult moments a pet owner can face. I contacted the office seeking information about euthanasia for my very ill dog. Instead of compassion or guidance, I was informed that the practice would not see my pet due to an alleged balance from 2015 — a balance I had never been invoiced for, never notified about, and was told had already been “settled with collections.” The timing and delivery of this information were profoundly insensitive.
