What an amazing experience from start to finish. They added carplay module front and rear cameras to my 2016 BMWZ4. The staff are really amazing and responsive. Reception staff work hard to connect you with a technician to explain the work before proceeding. The price is competitive and reasonable for the quality work they provide. I had good experience. They were really timely with communication about delays with my order. When my order arrived, there was a minor mixup that they quickly recognized and took full accountability, and the whole matter was resolved in under 24 hours with no hassle for me (and I live halfway across the country). Moreover. the products that I ordered are very hard to find in Canada, and they had the items in stock. Overall, it was a good experience.
Clean and professional. I had an old front/back dash cam that I had been meaning to get installed but never did. I asked them if they'd install older past-gen discontinued models that customers brought from home and they said 'no problem'. Wiring was clean and completely hidden, and the cameras were placed exactly where I wanted. It should be noted that my car is leased.
