I referred calls to Lock Doctor for six years before I discovered they had cheated me out of thousands of dollars. I sent them 82 referrals in 3 months and they alleged they performed 8 jobs. Upon closer scrutiny I found out they had been doing 14 jobs each month. I gave them an opportunity to make things right and they gleefully told me no they wouldn't. RecommendedI just wanted to give a big shout out to this company for saving me in the rain! Long story but what happened was months ago I broke my trunk, so in order to get in & out of my trunk given my car is high security I have to use my keys to get in & out of it by using the emergency pull. I did that and after a shopping trip to the mall with family and my 5 month old I locked my keys in the stroller in my trunk. I had to call a locksmith tonight, because my dad locked his keys in his home. I was surprised when he answered the phone (I was expecting to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back, which seems to be standard these days), and he was able to respond immediately. He arrived at my dad’s house maybe 2 minutes after we did, and had his door unlocked in about 5 minutes. The price was reasonable, especially for after normal business hours. If I ever need a locksmith again, I know who to call!
Michael was a life saver on more than one occasion. He answered the phone at 2 am for an office to be unlocked. He was there within 13 minutes and gone and done on 20! Very professional, skilled, and friendly. Would recommend Lock Doctor to anyone for any locksmith needs! Thanks Lock Doctor!!! You are life savers!
