The storage we had (G3) was great 10x10 space accessible by car. It was very convenient to have storage 10 min away from home. Storage was safe, we never had problems. Nonetheless, the overall experience was bittersweet. Our initial price in May 2024 was $176/month. In July 2026 (2 years later) rental increased to $299/month (70% rate increase). My encounter with Mark Davis was Great!.He was very patient and dealt with my billing issues.He followed through from the beginning to the end.I’ve been a customer her for about 5 years and there have many managers along the way.He is definitely at the top of my list
