She is rude and a flat out nasty person. She does not care about the kids involved. She spent time talking about her grandkids as if I care and then billed me for that. She plays a clear bias. She refused to hold my ex accountable even though he broke numerous orders. She even wrote an order he broke and she refused to report it to the court. She refused to hear my side on anything. She is unintelligent and unhelpful. You would be better to throw your money away rather than seek her out.

Rebecca Lockard's neglect made it possible for a sexual predator to violate our then 5 year old for nearly 4 years. Her ego and lack of empathy are a not only a conflict of interest in the Guardian ad Litem role, they're also dangerous. Knowing the system as she does, she doesn't allow her conscience stop her from submitting a heavily weighing report without sufficient time spent with all involved.
