They charged me a lot for a very simple job, and If they had just told me that I could have lubricated the lock myself with a spray you can buy on Amazon, rather than charging me an hour of labor on top of the $90 call out fee, for something that literally took 5mins, I would have appreciated it. I broke the key to my 2014 Chevy Spark. I was informed by the Chevy dealership that GM discontinued these keys and my only option was after market keys. Not true! After wasting my time with two different unhelpful locksmiths, I called Lock World, who came out and cut and programmed a new OEM key. The guy was very friendly, and was done in under 20 minutes. The key works perfectly. Next time I have a problem, I'll call them first!
These guys are the absolute best! Moved into an old apartment and had gone to multiple other key copy places and no one was able to make a copy, here at Lock World he was able to immediately make a copy hassle free! I’ve continued to use them for all my key copy needs (motorcycle keys etc) with quick and cost effective work. They're extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, can’t recommend enough!
