Super helpful clerk, I was out of there with a new set of keys in under 10 min
They charged me a lot for a very simple job, and If they had just told me that I could have lubricated the lock myself with a spray you can buy on Amazon, rather than charging me an hour of labor on top of the $90 call out fee, for something that literally took 5mins, I would have appreciated it. When I queried the charges and said, hey I am a repeat customer and it literally took your worker 5 mins to inspect and lubricate the lock- which I am,( they did at least a thousand dollars of work for me previously when my business... read more
