I would have given them a 5 star review but I can’t do that. In all honesty. The 1st thing I would like to say is, The late fees are insane. They get you on the 6th and the 16th. If it’s not paid by the 6th you get a late fee and if it’s still not paid by the 16th you get another late fee. Trying to get a hold of them is very difficult. If you’re lucky you might get someone in the 1st try. My advice to anyone if you’re gonna pay all the late fees and charges you should look elsewhere for a storage. I’ve learned my lesson.
Clean and gated. Auto draft, which is nice. I've never seen or spoken to anyone there, physically. We did everything via email.
