Wow! What a really nice place. I did have a little problem getting through on the phone, there are automated system is weird I took care of updating my credit card in person. The gentleman behind the desk was so incredibly nice and sweet and efficient. I had biked here, and was sitting on my bike, when he ran out with a cold glass of water. That is what I call real service!! Thanks for the service and the cold water on a Hot 97 degree day. I love that is accessible many hours.

My aunt passed last month and the assistant manager, Shirley Franke was rude, uncompassionate and offensive to my family as we came to claim her belongings. She yelled and made very inappropriate comments by dismissively stating that she lost her parents too and that does not give us any rights to bypass any of their policies. This came up because we could not locate the key to her unit and were not told that there would be a $75 fee to cut the lock. Someone tried to break into our unit and the management said that they'd move us to another unit and they haven't. When we alerted them about it, they said that "we didn't look like millionaires." On top of it, the vehicle we're in broke down here and they tell us to move it ASAP.
