Always in a good mood to help , the premises are always cleaned, i been with them for 2 years now and they clean they snow as well. as my business grows, i update my storage space.
Wow! What a really nice place. I did have a little problem getting through on the phone, there are automated system is weird I took care of updating my credit card in person. The gentleman behind the desk was so incredibly nice and sweet and efficient. I had biked here, and was sitting on my bike, when he ran out with a cold glass of water. That is what I call real service!! Thanks for the service and the cold water on a Hot 97 degree day.
Excellent customer service and communication; these guys were a real lifesaver for me during a mess of a situation.
