Wow! What a really nice place. I did have a little problem getting through on the phone, there are automated system is weird I took care of updating my credit card in person. The gentleman behind the desk was so incredibly nice and sweet and efficient. I had biked here, and was sitting on my bike, when he ran out with a cold glass of water. That is what I call real service!! Thanks for the service and the cold water on a Hot 97 degree day.

Every single time I come to my storage seasonly to get my decorations, I get a nail in my tire. I started looking on the ground and taking pictures of how the entire facility has rusty nails, screws and glass all over the ground outside. I showed a woman at the front desk and she said to make a claim with my insurance. Don’t come here you’ll will ruin your tires.
