Chestnuthill Storage was great to deal with. Very pleasant employees. This is my first time having a storage unit and they were more than happy to answer all my questions, and walk me through the process step by step. Very happy with my choice to go with them. They didn’t try to sell me a bigger unit just to get a higher fee from me. I really appreciated that.

Whole experience was unorganized and unprofessional. I paid for a unit in which I was sent a ridiculous map to an area that was numbered. Called numerous times and finally spoke with a third party guiding me to a unit. I get a call the following day, the unit the rep guided me to was incorrect. The rep that is local refused to work with me so I had to get my movers back to remove items then to another unit. I had to drive to sign a new contract to obtain a passcode and unit.
