Everyone at Lock One is amazing! Our cats see Dr. Rianne & Dr. Geoff and they have always been very thorough and take their time to explain things very well (even when we have hundreds of questions!!!). They never push anything on you and do their best to provide multiple options when it comes to your pets health. The ladies at the front are also awesome! I’ve been meaning to write this for a while, but I truly can’t say enough good things about this clinic. When I first adopted my cat, Bones, I went through a really stressful few months navigating his health. When things escalated, I was able to get him in right away, and Dr. Rianne went above and beyond. She noticed subtle things I would not have picked up on, sent his X-rays to a specialist, and then personally called me to explain everything in detail. She even continued to check in days afterward.
