Over priced and seems like a money busy only. I have found staff polite enough but for a low income family trying to do their best for the dog, to expensive. When I voiced my original concern unnecessary tests run for end result to be exactly what my concern was and could have been treated with less expense.
I needed to have my pup seen urgently due to an unexpected medical issue and despite not being a regular client & never being to this clinic before, they were willing to see her within an hour of me calling which was a huge relief. The clinic was very clean & well organized and the staff were all friendly & welcoming. Dr. Amanda was great with my pup, answered all of my questions and was very thorough during our consultation which I really appreciated. They are always great with my pets - fair, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. I happened to be in the waiting room while they were caring for a family and their dog through the end of life process and I was amazed by how heartfelt, compassionate, and thoughtful they all were during what I’m sure is such a difficult time for all involved.
