Been using Rockingham lock n store for sometime for my mother who lost her rental due to the rental crisis. It’s been so easy to pop in and out whenever we need and they are happy to extend the time you can attend site if needed. Been so easy to communicate with if we need anything!

I moved from National Storage and have been using Lock n store in Rockingham for the past year because their facilities are far superior and represents better value for money. My storage unit is indoors Undercover and I don't have to worry about any security issues at the facility. Five stars.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lock N Store Carlston Road Storage Facility. I had the pleasure of being served by Irene and she is an absolute superstar! She was more than willing to help me out when needed and went above and beyond the usual level of customer service that I was expecting. I used the storage for a few months and always felt safe entering the facility/storage unit. The price was right, location is ideal and my items were kept in pristine condition (i.e. I did not notice any bugs or vermin). THANK YOU AGAIN IRENE!
