Very nice very clean and staff is as friendly as it gets. Just emptied my unit and wanted to thank the staff for being friendly and professional
I have had very good experiences here when I got a storage locker and when I found out I needed a larger one I was given a locker close to the original one. I came in on a weekend and couldn’t find a moving cart but after asking the guy working then he came out and helped me find one. They are first class and friendly here.
Staff was great, very friendly. But the way this business is set up is absurd, an admin fee to get a storage unit? Required renters insurance? Restricted hours when you have intense security, code to get in the gate, code to get into the building every time, cameras everywhere. You’re charging top dollar for storage and you want to limit my access to my stuff?!? What has happened to business in America, we are just transactions to each other now.
