Had an excellent and easy experience with LIU. There is a strong smell of mothballs, but I appreciate their efforts to keep the pests away. Charlotte, the attendant, is great!
Charlotte is quite gifted in her ability to work with customers, she was worth entering into another lease when we downsized! The units are clean and well secured, application and contract process went very smoothly both times, and I've never had issues submitting payments online or in person.
Good facility. Clean. Access only 7-9 daily
Highly recommend!!! Charlotte was very helpful and she even called my son who was using the unit moving between apartments to check on him and his friends moving their stuff into the unit! Great customer service!
