This place has purposely kept my brother & I from getting our father's things after he passed away, we called & explained how we are not from California that we need to get his things and go, we had the hospital fax them our fathers medical chart with the Dr.'s entry of his passing and the time of Death . This was not enough Larry insisted In having a Death certificate knowing that this can take up to 2 weeks to get after someone passes.
