Has Roaches slow maintenance if you get any and nothing but broken promises
Central air has been out all summer..Yes we called the office, yes we called the emergency after hours line, yes we told maintenance employees when our paths crossed(the maintenance workers are decent people though).. But where else are you gonna find a apartment complex that pays you to live there..
A great first place to live it's very luxurious compared to where I grew up this place has a covered garage and personal balconys also Central air but the rent percentage is to high to allow you to have a successful family once your past the threshold the rent cost like 800 dollars it's a place that can trap you forever if your not careful you should only live here if you need to build renters history or your a single parent when we left the charged us for a stove pilot out of our deposit talk about pinching pennies
Hard to get along with management in the office. The only thing good is the maintenance guys.
