My baby’s mom / lives in there. It’s nothing short of being a good place to live. Her toilet has been leaking since she moved in 3 months ago. Her heaters only work when they want to and the cases of water in her home froze inside it’s so cold in her stairwell. The Police has been notified many times about this and nothing has been done. Time to notify the state rep about the conditions here.
