I am not sure who is in charge of getting someone to plow the parking lot but we family members have been digging our loved ones and their neighbors out because it has not been done yet. There are handicap and elderly people who live here and those who work can't even get out to get to work. I do not live here but have shoveled three residents out myself. This is unexceptable!!!!! What if there is a fire or medical emergency and no one can get in or out of parking lot.
I first contacted Lock Haven Commons and was told they would send me out an application by email. After two weeks I called back now I am told there email can't send an application so now they will send it by regular mail. I now have waited 6 weeks and still haven't seen nothing. Why would an old man holding a position for pay keep that position instead of just giving up and let someone else that can do the job have it. Wake up and realize your incompetent to do the job.
