The owner was really helpful and when we ordered our door handle it was cheaper than online (by a lot).

Needed something specific, no problems for this company.
Purchased the Allegra 1860 Handles with coordinating cup pulls, round and oval knobs in antique bronze. Not only is the product sensational, but the customer service was brilliant. Thanks Glenn, these detailed cabinet handles and knobs will look amazing with our antico oak and black woodmatt kitchen!
