I had this unit for 2 years. Unfortunately, it was infested with mice and condensation. The top of the unit created mold and mildew on many of my items being stored. When I addressed the new owner, I was told that none of the other units had these issues and no one had ever complained. Also, that it was my responsibility to insure my unit. I stored an antique dresser that has been in our family for over 60 years in my sons unit. After removing it from the unit there was mice feces covering the dresser and water damage on the sides. After my son confronted the owner she told him that "he brought in the mice to the storage unit." She also asked him to clean up all of the feces and dead mice himself before allowing him out of the lease agreement. Reserving my unit was super easy and convenient to do all online. My hubby was happy to hear they are fully insulated and the peace of mind with the 24/7 surveillance was great.
The nicest storage units I’ve ever seen. Very secure site. Brand new state of the art units. Easy access from I-5 and Kuebler Blvd. Video surveillance is top notch. If I could give 10 stars I would. 🙂👍🏻🇺🇸
Great location off I-5 in south salem. The units are clean and I feel safe storing my valuables there with the gate access and security cameras. Price is unbeatable as well.
