Absolutely the most annoying process to deal with. I've been through 5 gate codes and haven't even had the unit a month yet.
We have been working with Johnson and Wellons directly through Brandy. This company provides excellent storage facilities as well as excellent customer service. We have rented buildings and storage units with them and have been very satisfied with the service we receive. Brandy has been very helpful and prompt with all of our needs. We absolutely recommend them!
Very clean and well maintained. Customer service is always good. Safe facility. Very reasonably priced.
