Renters beware. Take pictures before you move in and after. I would never rent from this property management company. I was charged $400 taken from my deposit with no proof of photos. Also, they are slow to respond with any repair requests. I rented for two years and the screens were never repaired. I am surprised they did not charge me for them.
Idk how they survive as a business. They literally never respond. 3 Messages, 3 calls, 2 voicemails. Different days. If you get a response at all from them know you are lucky...
Will not answer the phone for any properties and don’t bother trying to get ahold of anyone to get your security deposit back after moving out as they do not respond to any inquiries made
Best company in Clarksville Lyndi (President) is the best and great person she has the best manager also Cassie is amazing always does what they say .
