Their responsiveness and attention to detail made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
Our experience with Lock & Key Property Management in Clarksville was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After we moved out of our rental, Lock & Key Property Management withheld our security deposit. We attempted to resolve the issue directly, but it went nowhere and we were forced to file a case in court. The judge ruled in our favor and ordered Lock & Key Property Management to pay us $1,055. Renters beware. Take pictures before you move in and after. I would never rent from this property management company. I was charged $400 taken from my deposit with no proof of photos. Also, they are slow to respond with any repair requests. I rented for two years and the screens were never repaired. I am surprised they did not charge me for them.
Idk how they survive as a business. They literally never respond. 3 Messages, 3 calls, 2 voicemails. Different days. If you get a response at all from them know you are lucky...
