Lock and key was really good with us over the past 2 years basically. The property manager Lyndi did a very good job making sure everything was taken care of. The best way to fix problems is to use the portal website and submit a work order request. Lyndi always made sure the problem was fixed in less than 24 hours. Everything from a leaking toilet to a failed AC unit. She was always kind and gave us much grace. This company, once praised for its service, seems to have experienced a decline in customer satisfaction in recent years, (see reviews and other Facebook groups for evidence) particularly under the management of Lyndi. When we moved into our rental property at 970 Cherry Blossom Ln, we found the home needed significant cleaning, contrary to Lyndi's assurance that this would be handled days before move-in. Will not respond in a timely manner, has never answered the phone number listed here in 2 years, it's all through a texting program. They will still find a way to completely ignore you. They have completed all maintenance issues through their app but have not ever sent someone out. I've tried for two weeks to communicate about this with no luck.
