The workout is great! The coaches are amazing! It is the cleanest gym around and I feel safe!
Tried a CrossFit class through ClassPass. Michelle (coach) was welcoming and supportive, watching closely to make sure my Olympic Lifting form was correct and encouraging me through the 50 burpees(!) and 500m row. I was sweating like crazy in 40 min, super effective workout. The other students waited until I was done to start cleaning up, which I thought was very nice. I also liked how the room was so spacious which made it easy for social distancing and moving around. Would definitely want to try another class here!
