Nice homes but too close together
We couldn’t be happier with Mitch, Stephanie, & Lauren! We love our mungo home & trust that it was built with the upmost care. Lochton is a wonderful community & we are grateful to be apart of it! ♥️

Sadly, Mungo dropped the ball in Lochton. We have beautiful houses but the Mungo-staffed HOA board refuses to spend the money to keep our neighborhood looking as nice as the other Cane Bay neighborhoods. Our pool has been closed for several days because they won’t pay to maintain the equipment properly so it turned green and cloudy. This is a health issue. It’s embarrassing. And the bathrooms are gross because they used cheap paint on the floors instead of a proper finish. They also decided they won’t be paying to have many ... read more
