George Lochner and his crew did a great job on a very challenging a frame style roof--very steep. He had all the necessary equipment to do the job. We ran into some structural issues which George handled in a short time, replacing some rafters and plywood that had rotted. Good communication throughout the project. I recommend Lochner roofing.
We had a leak come up in our ceiling on a Saturday. I called many roofing companies and did not get a response. George with lochner answered my call right away. He was very kind and was very knowledgeable on the phone. Even though he was already booked for the day he still offered to come out and take a look. After we investigated some more we realized it was not a roofing issue. George was still very kind in offering good advice.
